The Product team is responsible for defining and executing the vision, strategy, and roadmap for IQVIA Digital's portfolio of data, technology, and media solutions. Through close partnership with clients and cross-functional collaboration with Go-to-Market, Technology, Data Management, and Operations teams, the team translates market insights and customer needs into innovative, scalable products. As the Sr. Product Manager,Measurement Studies, Platforms & Data Services,IQVIA Digital, you will lead a critical portion of IQVIA Digital's measurement portfolio, overseeing products and services that enable our measurement value proposition through advanced measurement studies, platform reporting solutions, and Data-as-a-Service offerings.
This role spans both Healthcare Professional (HCP) and Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) measurement capabilities across a diverse client base that includes pharmaceutical manufacturers, healthcare marketers, agencies, publishers, and media partners. You will be responsible for maximizing the value, adoption, scalability, and commercial success of our measurement solutions while continuously identifying opportunities to enhance and evolve the portfolio.
The ideal candidate combines strategic product leadership with deep knowledge of digital media, healthcare marketing, measurement methodologies, and data-driven decision making. You will play a key role in shaping the future of healthcare media measurement by developing innovative solutions, advancing industry standards, and delivering actionable insights that help clients optimize marketing performance.
Working closely with cross-functional teams—including Platform, Science & Innovation, Data Management, Commercial, Marketing, and Client Services—you will define product strategy, prioritize investments, guide execution, and ensure market readiness for both new and existing solutions.
In this leadership role, you will manage a defined portion of the measurement portfolio while applying portfolio-level thinking to ensure initiatives align with broader business objectives, support revenue growth, and contribute to a cohesive and scalable product ecosystem.
Core measurement responsibilities include:
DTC and HCP Measurement Studies (Digital Media, TV, Cross-Channel Measurement, Attribution, Incrementality, and related offerings)
Measurement Platform and Business Intelligence Reporting Solutions
Data-as-a-Service Products and Data Integrations
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and develop new product opportunities, expand market reach, and advance revenue-generating offerings.
Lead the complete product lifecycle, from market research and concept development through launch, adoption, optimization, and retirement.
Continuously leverage customer feedback, market insights, and performance metrics to enhance products and improve user experience.
Champion best practices in measurement methodology, analytics, reporting, dashboard design, data visualization, and user-centered product development.
Drive consistency across product teams to ensure common measurement standards, integrated experiences, and scalable platform capabilities.
Manage and mentor two Product Owners, ensuring alignment on priorities, delivery expectations, stakeholder communication, and execution excellence.
Develop strong relationships with key healthcare clients and industry partners to gain insights into market needs and emerging opportunities.
Translate client challenges and business objectives into innovative product solutions that drive measurable outcomes and long-term value.
Collaborate with Product Strategy and Marketing teams on positioning, messaging, launch planning, and go-to-market readiness.
Monitor industry trends, competitive offerings, healthcare advertising technologies, regulatory developments, and emerging measurement methodologies to inform product direction.
Ensure privacy, security, compliance, and regulatory considerations are incorporated into product design, data usage, and platform capabilities.
Support strategic planning and investment decisions that drive portfolio growth, innovation, and operational scale.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $98,500.00 - $274,400.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time).
