The Process Integration and Yield Engineering team is part of Intel Foundry, a key business group committed to developing and sustaining world-class semiconductor manufacturing processes. This team plays an integral role in driving quality improvements, yield optimization, and technological innovation to support Intel's broader goals of delivering industry-leading products and solutions. Through collaboration across teams, they ensure reliable process integration and continuous improvement to maintain Intel's leadership in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and define process integration roadmaps to meet technology transfer requirements, performance goals, and milestones.
- Establish process flows, procedures, and equipment configurations for module integration.
- Analyze structured and unstructured data using statistical methods, machine learning techniques, and tools such as SQL and Python to derive actionable insights.
- Perform low-yield analysis and lead yield improvement initiatives within startup and high-volume production environments.
- Implement continuous improvement programs to sustain quality and minimize yield excursions.
- Conduct quality and reliability risk assessments for manufacturing materials and process changes.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to optimize manufacturing processes and address challenges.
- Mentor team members, foster technical growth, and drive impactful solutions within Intel's engineering community.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $120,860.00-170,630.00 USD
