The Global Incentives team is a driver behind our commercial strategy, designing and executing programs (i.e. additive tech fund (ATF), video incentive program, media trials program, media readiness program) that drives business results for our partners and customers. Our mission is to build global incentives as well as the tools, systems, workflows and communications —that allows our incentive programs to scale with speed and precision.
As the Agency Tools and Infrastructure Global Incentives Manager, you will lead an incentive program (e.g., additive tech fund) that encourages agency partners to build the tools and infrastructure needed to support Google’s top priorities across Video, Search, and Measurement. In an engaged ecosystem, you will manage end-to-end operations and workflows for the global incentives program. Your focus will be on establishing robust guardrails, maximizing return on investment (ROI), streamlining processes, and developing key collateral and communications—all designed to minimize seller friction.
To succeed in this role, you will navigate complex cross-functional landscapes—partnering closely with Finance, Legal, Accounting, gTech, go-to-market (GTM) and Regional Agency teams—while simultaneously working alongside Regional agreement teams to execute strategies. You will bring a nuanced understanding of the global agency landscape and a proven track record of scaling high-impact programs across multiple regions.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
