Aseptic Set-Up Technician II

This is our MD Fill - A1 Shift - 6am-6:30pm Sunday/Monday/Tuesday & every other Wednesday

This position is an entry level maintenance position. This role will serve as a primary resource on preventive and demand maintenance activities within their current skill set while supporting Senior technicians with more advanced tasks.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Abbvie’s Code of Business Conduct
• Understands and follows all GMP and Safety regulations
• Work with Sr Level Technicians across several areas of Maintenance to build a diverse, multi-craft foundation for their career in the Skilled Trades with the intent of building skills and developing into a higher-level Technician.

• • Perform Preventive and Demand Maintenance activities, support Predictive Maintenance activities.
  Vocational training to increase skill set and knowledge across multiple maintenance functions.

• Knowledge and ability to use basic power tools and ability to apply proper hand and measuring tools in an industrial setting.
• HS diploma with relevant experience or Relevant Certificate. Completion or current enrollment in a formal technical school program related to Industrial Maintenance desired.
• Basic to intermediate Mechanical/Electrical Aptitude: knowledge of production equipment, machinery, and hand tools
• Equipment Calibration: Ability to adjust and calibrate machinery using precision measuring tools like calipers and micrometers (Preferred)
• Equipment Operation & Troubleshooting: Proficiency in operating industrial equipment and diagnosing technical issues (Preferred)
• Competency reading engineering documentation and potentially using production software
• Intermediate computer skills (MS Windows)
• Must have the ability to become aseptic gown certified
• Mechanical and electrical experience highly preferred
• Industrial machine repair and maintenance experience highly preferred
