THE ROLE: As a Project Lead, CPQ & Rebate Transformation within Global Sales – BMO / Quoting & Rebating Operations, you will drive end-to-end optimization of quote-to-cash (Q2C) and rebate management processes. You will partner closely with Finance, Sales, Business Units, Deal Desk, and IT teams to deliver automation initiatives, process improvements, and system enhancements while ensuring compliance within a SOX-controlled environment.
THE PERSON: The ideal candidate is a hands-on project leader with deep expertise in Sales Operations, CPQ platforms, and rebate management processes. You are skilled at driving cross-functional alignment, facilitating process transformation workshops, and leading complex system and process improvement initiatives from concept through implementation. You thrive in a fast-paced global environment and can effectively engage stakeholders across multiple regions and functions.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, Operations, Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
