As the Enablement Leader for Google Public Sector (GPS), you will deliver performance across technical and business teams while ensuring the seamless execution of contractual customer training commitments. Operating at the intersection of instructional design, product excellence, and go-to-market (GTM) strategy, you will manage a high-performing team responsible for delivering scalable learning systems to Sales and Customer Engineering, while directing the content and execution strategy for our annual sales kickoff event.
In this role, you will partner with executive business leaders to design and deliver tailored programs that empower our GTM organization and align stakeholders to business goals. You will oversee the full life-cycle of GPS enablement programs, processes, systems, and content. Additionally, your team will develop specialized course content, including lab, to fulfill contractual training commitments. Ultimately, your mission is to accelerate time-to-productivity across our GTM organization while consistently delivering on custom customer training commitments.
