Sila is looking for someone hungry to get into sales and willing to earn their opportunity.

This is an entry-level HVAC sales role with an estimated first-year income of $70,000–$90,000 on a draw + commission structure.

You do not need HVAC experience. We’re more interested in your drive, ability to connect with people, willingness to learn, and motivation to improve.

Sales experience is preferred, but we’re also open to candidates from customer service, hospitality, retail, automotive, or other service-focused environments.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with homeowners and help them understand HVAC options.
• Work company-provided appointments and sales opportunities.
• Participate in ride-alongs and training to learn the business.
• Present products, services, financing, and recommendations.
• Follow up on open opportunities and estimates.
• Build relationships and earn customer trust.
• Work toward sales and revenue goals.

• Coachable, competitive, and willing to improve.
• Sales experience preferred, but not required.
• Comfortable in a commission-based environment.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
