You will join our multi-disciplinary UX team, collaborating with Engineering and Product Management, leveraging user insights to create industry-leading products.
As an Interaction Designer, you'll apply user-centered design methods to craft industry-leading user experiences from concept to execution, working with design partners to evolve the Google design language to build beautiful, innovative products.
Ads UI is responsible for defining useful core text ads on Search results pages, for the formats and extensions that build upon them, and for collaborating with the Organic Search team to ensure the Search Results Page is optimized for ad performance and ad needs. The design team, along with our partners, is directly responsible for highly-visible experiences that trigger on every Google Search, billions of times a day, and accountable for generating a significant slice of Google's overall business. As a horizontal team within Search Ads, we also support innovation and best-practice creation in our design tooling.
