This includes our internship experiences, early talent identification programs, and any new initiatives that help HRT connect with the strongest emerging STEM talent. You'll move fluidly between shaping a program's long-term strategy and getting the details right, applying what you learn from each cycle to make our programs better.
The ideal candidate is a stellar project manager who is obsessed with organization and collaboration, and understands what great early career programming looks like. If you love owning initiatives from start to finish, providing high-touch, white-glove experiences, and have a passion for building highly scalable processes, we want to meet you!
Responsibilities
- Plan all internship and and early career programs end to end, balancing meticulous day to day details with a creative and strategic vision for our overarching goals and objectives
- Project manage our early career programs, emphasizing rigorous timeline management, a thorough communication strategy, logistics tracking, effective delegation to teammates, contingency planning, and proactive problem solving
- Design our early career programs for scale by building efficient operational process and maintaining organized documentation
- Partner closely with the campus recruiting team and the wider people operations teams to gather, track and analyze feedback to continuously strengthen our programs
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for interns, program leads, and internal teams throughout the planning and execution of HRT’s early talent programs
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in program management, owning internships and/or early-career programs in tech or quantitative trading
- Strong project management skills
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to balance granular administrative details with big picture, strategic thinking
- Fluent in applicant tracking systems, event management software, and project management tools
- Experience using analytics and data to drive decisions and make things better
- Excellent collaborative mindset; able to work efficiently with internal teams to drive operational excellence
- A curious learner who asks great questions, seeks out feedback, and is always looking to understand how things work and why
The estimated base salary range for this position is 140,000 to 180,000 USD per year (or local equivalent). The base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
