Job description
At YouTube, we believe that everyone deserves to have a voice, and that the world is a better place when we listen, share, and build community through our stories. We work together to give everyone the power to share their story, explore what they love, and connect with one another in the process. Working at the intersection of technology and boundless creativity, we move at the speed of culture with a shared goal to show people the world. We explore new ideas, solve real problems, and have fun – and we do it all together.
We put our users first. The world is always changing, so we need Product Managers who are continuously adapting and excited to work on products that affect millions of people every day. As a Product Manager on the YouTube Premium team, you will build the experiences that make Premium worth it every day for members. You will guide products from conception to launch by connecting the technical and business worlds. You will own a portfolio of Premium features, from improving core functionality to launching differentiated capabilities that deepen engagement.
We consistently bring innovative products to market because of the collaborative work we do in Product Management. Partnering extensively with teams across YouTube, including creative engineers, designers, and marketers, you will bring Premium experiences to life across the surfaces where members watch, listen, and create. You will pair deep user empathy with data-driven decision-making to break down complex problems, tailor solutions to our users, and ship polished consumer-facing products at scale.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $138000 - $197000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
