Job description
The Allocations Transformation Senior Analyst sits at the center of Alphabet’s corporate strategy and operational ecosystem. You will be tasked with breaking out of traditional financial silos to manage a matrixed portfolio that bridges core product areas with horizontal corporate functions.
Unlike traditional FP&A roles, you will focus heavily on process and system transformation, utilizing AI-native enablement to automate complex allocation processes. The role requires a unique blend of technical sophistication and strong P&L judgment to act as an objective advisor, solving high-level systemic problems and connecting dots for executive leadership across the company.
You will work alongside a highly collaborative team of peers to manage core workloads while steering your own transformational projects. It is an ideal role for a forward-thinking finance professional looking to expand their cross-domain expertise, gain unparalleled visibility into company-wide operations, and prepare for high-impact leadership opportunities.

And nobody at Google loves big numbers like the Finance team when providing in depth analysis on all manner of strategic decisions across Google products. From developing forward-thinking analysis to generating management reports to scaling our automated financial processes, the Finance organization is an important partner and advisor to the business.
