Job description
As an AI Transformation Solutions Consultant, you will embody a high-agency, founder-mindset to bridge frontier AI capabilities with global vendor operational delivery. You will move beyond legacy vendor oversight to co-create, test, and jointly deploy automated, high-velocity support AI solutions directly alongside strategic Global System Integrator (GSI) delivery partners. Your mission is to drive strategic direction with a deep understanding of technical capabilities, resolve operational blockers, and work through the complexities required to shift vendor service models from traditional labor arbitrage to AI-first intelligence orchestration.
You are expected to own strategic solutions and the data-backed outcomes for one or more scaled services of considerable scope and impact. You will identify process breakdowns, navigate through ambiguity, and implement solutions that fundamentally improve the service’s effectiveness across both speed and quality. You will be seen as a leader throughout the organization, providing critical technical judgment and advocacy for AI transformation to senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders with ultimate accountability on the viability and impact of AI solutions applied to scaled services within Cloud.
US: $224000 - $311000 (USD) + 25% bonus target + equity + benefits
