The Crown Is Yours
As a Talent Advisory & Delivery Associate, you’ll help build the teams that move DraftKings forward by delivering thoughtful, high-quality recruiting experiences. You’ll manage searches from intake through hire, partnering with hiring leaders and colleagues to understand their needs, engage strong talent and keep hiring moving. As you grow in the role, you’ll deepen your understanding of the business, talent markets and recruiting insights while building the skills to strengthen how we attract and hire talent.
What you’ll do as a Talent Advisory & Delivery Associate
- Build your understanding of the teams you support, including their priorities, talent needs and competitive landscape, and use that context to inform your recruiting approach.
- Manage searches from intake through hire, translating hiring needs into clear search plans, identifying and engaging talent and keeping stakeholders informed throughout the process.
- Build and maintain pipelines of qualified talent through proactive sourcing, research and relationship-building for current and future hiring needs.
- Use talent-market information, pipeline data and candidate feedback to identify trends and share relevant insights with hiring leaders and Talent Advisory & Delivery teammates.
- Create clear, responsive and thoughtful experiences for candidates and hiring teams through consistent communication, preparation and follow-through.
- Use AI and recruiting technology to support research, talent mapping, sourcing, communication and day-to-day workflows while recognizing where human judgment and connection matter most.
- Partner with Talent Advisory & Delivery, People Teams and business teams to share information, solve challenges and keep hiring priorities moving forward.
- Maintain accurate recruiting data, monitor search and pipeline progress and identify opportunities to improve how you organize and deliver your work.
What you’ll bring
- A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
- At least 2 years of recruiting experience in a high-growth, agency, consulting or similarly fast-moving environment.
- Experience supporting full-cycle searches, ideally for technology, technical or analytics roles, with exposure to proactive sourcing and talent pipeline development.
- The ability to understand hiring needs, organize a search approach and use business context, recruiting data and market information to inform your work.
- Strong research and sourcing skills, with curiosity about talent markets, competitors and new ways to identify and engage prospective candidates.
- The ability to build productive relationships with hiring leaders and candidates through thoughtful questions, clear communication and consistent follow-through.
- Comfort using recruiting technology and applicant tracking systems, with an interest in learning and experimenting with AI-enabled recruiting tools; Workday experience is a plus.
- Strong organization, curiosity and adaptability, with the ability to manage competing priorities, learn from feedback and deliver a thoughtful candidate and stakeholder experience.
