You will collaborate with Sales, Business Units, and Technology Groups to influence product roadmaps, define new solutions, and ensure customer success in high-growth markets such as data centers, communications infrastructure, automotive, and industrial systems.
Key Responsibilities

- Identify and drive new product opportunities in collaboration with Product Line teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Product Line Management, Power Marketing, and Applications Engineering to ensure alignment on customer needs.
- Partner with customers to optimize designs for efficiency, thermal performance, reliability, and cost.
- Deliver technical seminars, workshops, and hands-on demos of ADI’s power design and simulation tools.
- Mentor junior FAEs and help elevate the technical capabilities of the regional applications team.
Qualifications
- BSEE (required); MSEE preferred.
- 6+ years of experience in power circuit design at the board and system level, with strong understanding of power conversion topologies.
- Expertise in one or more of the following: high-efficiency DC/DC conversion, multiphase regulators, battery management, power modules, or high-voltage conversion.
- Familiarity with complementary technologies such as Signal Conditioning and Data Converters.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with both technical and executive audiences.
- Proven ability to lead technical discussions, influence product strategy, and mentor team members.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent hands-on lab skills for troubleshooting and design validation.
