The Operations team within AppleTV Marketing is tasked with building processes/workflows, managing budgets, and facilitating all creative production in partnership with our creative teams.
Within Operations, our Digital Producer works in lockstep with our Digital Creative Director & Art Director, as well as Creative Producers, Ad Producers, and a variety of cross functional partners & agencies, ensuring media plans are delivered and asset needs fulfilled on behalf of a multitude of global partners. Their work spans an extraordinary gamut -- from static display to interactive units to rich media creative – with assets numbering in the thousands as we continue to scale our AppleTV original series, films, and most recently, sports like MLS, MLB, and F1. They manage multiple internal stakeholders – all with competing priorities and partner needs – while overseeing multiple agency partners in parallel across budgets, deliverables, schedules, and feedback comms.
In short, our digital creative does not see the light of day without the steady and skilled hand of the Digital Producer role.
Produce & scale thousands of assets across our digital creative – from initial briefing through approvals and final delivery
Manage morning scrum meetings to align on daily goals, objectives, and action items
Oversee the primary agency across this work, while also selecting and on-boarding any additional partners as our volume continues to scale.
Liase with internal stakeholders, who are managing a multitude of external global partners with competing needs and due dates
Independently manage quarterly budget, including forecasting volume estimates, tracking actuals, approving burn reports, and requesting POs
Work with art/print-focused producers to access key art files – in an effort to adapt digital banner ads
Track a range of notes & feedback across multiple rounds of creative development
Serve as the subject matter expert for all partner templates and specs, troubleshooting any layout & resize challenges with existing work as it is repurposed as across a range of shapes and sizes
Continually evaluate an extremely complex workflow & collaborate with internal/external partners to identify efficiencies and evolve the work appropriately
Work with internal localization teams to ensure translations and copy are accurate and locally relevant
7-10 years of experience producing and project managing digital static, interactive, and rich media creative
The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on-time and on-budget, while positively collaborating with a range of creative partners
Experience briefing and managing creative agencies and/or managing high level clients – preferably across entertainment, brand or sports marketing
A passion and excitement for entertainment, the creative process, and figuring out the “how” across a multitude of complex issues
Highly organized, proactive, collaborative, flexible, and communicative.
The ability to think bigger picture strategy, but also problem solve for tactical challenges.
Unflappable under pressure and tight timelines & thrives working in a fast-paced, creatively driven environment
A keen understanding of how to consistently move a project forward in the face of delays and ambiguities
