- Work closely with agreement teams to model and structure the economics of step-change Agency agreements, ensuring financial sustainability and alignment with global business objectives.
- Stand up a new global financial model template and discounting principles for Agency agreements, establishing the guardrails necessary for scalable growth.
- Partner with EngPM, PGTM, and Compliance to design and implement new end-to-end agreement-making processes (including new agreement submission processes and lookback agreement accountability), ensuring operational excellence and alignment.
- Transform complex, unstructured data into creative financial solutions and frameworks to navigate "big picture" issues in the evolving Exchange Platforms and Agency landscape.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.

- Proven ability to self-initiate and solve complex problems in an unstructured, changing environment with high levels of ambiguity.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a track record of delivering actionable insights to technical and non-technical audiences alike.
