  • Mentor engineers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence and ownership

What We’re Looking For

  • 8+ years of experience building distributed systems at scale
  • Strong proficiency in Go (Golang) and experience with Python
  • Experience with streaming or data-intensive systems (e.g., Kafka, Kinesis, Flink)
  • Solid understanding of network telemetry (e.g., flow logs, DNS)
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
  • Strong background in systems design, performance, and reliability
  • Proven ability to lead technical initiatives across teams

Nice to have:

  • Background in cybersecurity or network detection
  • Experience with real-time analytics systems
  • Expertise in data warehousing technologies (e.g., Elasticsearch, Hadoop, Druid)

Why Join Vectra

  • Work on high-scale, real-time systems solving complex security challenges
  • Help build a platform that processes massive volumes of network data
  • Collaborate with experienced engineers in a high-impact environment
