Director, Medical Excellence, Electrophysiology
Johnson & Johnson is currently seeking a Director, Medical Excellence, Electrophysiology located in either Irvine, California or Yoknean, Haifa District, Israel.
Fueled by innovation at the intersection of biology and technology, Johnson & Johnson MedTech is developing the next generation of smarter, less invasive, and more personalized treatments. The Cardiovascular team develops leading solutions across heart recovery, electrophysiology, and stroke, building on a proud heritage of advancing standards of care for patients with stroke, heart failure, and atrial fibrillation.
The Director, Medical Excellence, Electrophysiology will provide scientific, clinical, and Medical Affairs leadership in support of electrophysiology products and complimentary software used in the diagnosis and treatment of cardiac arrhythmias. This role will serve as a strategic scientific partner across Medical Affairs, R&D, Clinical Research, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Compliance, Marketing, Professional Education, and Commercial teams to ensure medical strategies, evidence generation, scientific communications, claims, training, and product lifecycle activities are clinically meaningful, patient-centered, and compliant.
This leader will help translate clinical evidence and product performance insights into clear scientific evidence for appropriate external communication, and high-quality physician education. The role will also support evidence generation, clinical data interpretation, claims substantiation, risk-benefit assessment, product launch readiness, and lifecycle management across the Electrophysiology portfolio.
