Job description
We are seeking an experienced and hard-working Executive Assistant to provide outstanding executive and organizational support for NVIDIA’s Developer and Performance Technology (DPT) organization. This is an opportunity to make a tangible impact at the heart of NVIDIA’s developer ecosystem and performance engineering — helping leaders accelerate the tools, technologies, and experiences that empower developers worldwide.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, with a mission to enable leaders and teams to perform at their best. You bring initiative, critical thinking, and a collaborative spirit to everything you do, and you’re motivated by the knowledge that your operational excellence helps drive innovation that truly matters.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Provide high-level administrative and strategic support to DPT Executives, anticipating needs and removing roadblocks before they arise.
- Plan, organize, and manage multiple calendars across global time zones with discretion, accuracy, and a dedication to confidentiality.
- Organize and manage key meetings, events, and team experiences — from off-sites and celebrations to planning sessions.
- Manage domestic and international travel, optimizing itineraries and vendor negotiations to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Prepare and reconcile expense reports, purchase requisitions, and related financial documentation.
- Develop and maintain meeting agendas, team rhythms, and internal communications, encouraging alignment across the organization.
- Take detailed meeting minutes, track actions, and follow up to ensure execution on commitments.
- Curate and manage presentation and communication content that supports executive storytelling and collaborator engagement.
- Lead or support special projects that advance organizational effectiveness or innovation.
What We Need to See:
- 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives in fast-paced, global organizations. C-Suite Preferred!
- B.S./B.A. degree or equivalent experience.
- Consistent record of discretion, reliability, and proactive problem-solving in complex environments.
Ways to Stand Out from the Crowd:
- Mission-Driven & Professional: Passion for NVIDIA’s mission of empowering developers and advancing GPU performance, confident under pressure, and a trusted ambassador for leadership.
- Organized & Adaptable: Strong prioritization skills, highly organized, and able to adjust fluidly as priorities shift.
- Tech-Savvy: Skilled in AI tools and digital productivity platforms, with mastery of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Familiarity with developer tools and workflows is a plus.
- Collaborative & Communicative: Team-first attitude, excellent written and verbal communication, and strong attention to detail.
- Proactive Learner: Self-motivated, resourceful, and eager to adopt new technologies, processes, and best practices.
You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
