We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and customer-obsessed Executive Assistant to support senior leadership within
AWS's Global Financial Services (GFS) organization. This role serves as a strategic partner to the executive team, acting as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders while representing the office with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.
You will manage complex, ever-changing calendars across multiple time zones, coordinate domestic and international travel, and plan and execute internal events. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, anticipates business needs before they arise, and delivers high-quality results with minimal guidance.
Key job responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars and scheduling for multiple executives across different time zones
- Drive continuous improvement through process optimization and new mechanisms
- Coordinate and execute team activities, including staff meetings, all-team meetings, offsites, and team events
- Manage sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion
- Schedule and manage travel, both domestic and international
- Attend key meetings, track and help drive completion of key deliverables, and ensure timely follow-up on pending items
- Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Build relationships and work collaboratively with Executive Assistants throughout the team, across the company, and with our most critical external partners

- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- 5+ years of executive assistant experience
- High school or equivalent diploma
- Experience leading process improvements
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
- Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
